All orders are shipped via USPS (unless states UPS) within 1-3 business days of payment verification, excluding weekends and holidays.

*Please exclude processing time when calculating your package date of arrival. Delivery time begins after your tracking information is received.

 

USPS Standard First Class Shipping for Domestic Orders is  3-7 Business Day Delivery.

USPS Priority 2-3 Business Day Delivery.

Note: We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier or the weather. 

 

You will receive tracking information the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking info to update.

Leaux and Behold WILL NOT take responsibility for orders rejected by the recipient, or returned-to-sender due to non-collection. In this scenario, a re-delivery fee will be applicable. Refunds will NOT be granted for orders returned due to non-collection. Please ensure your shipping address is correct upon receiving your order confirmation email.

 

Please note we are not responsible for any orders lost in transit nor are we responsible for any damages that may be caused while in transit via USPS or UPS. If your package was lost, its necessary to contact your nearest USPS or UPS and provide them with the tracking # that was sent to you once we shipped your order. Please note that at the time of release becomes a matter between the customer and USPS. We can not replace your package because it was lost, shipping service will assist in the necessary next steps.



If you would like to request a SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT, please make the selection at the time of selecting shipping method, whereas this service has an extra fee.

 

Order Pickup

We offer pickup at checkout. Once order is placed and pickup is ticked, we will send an email/text notification of your order being ready. Notifications are usually sent within an hour of order placed as long as it’s with in business hours of 11am - 6pm, anything placed outside of that can be picked up the following business day. 

In the event that your order isnt picked up with 48 hours we will cancel your order, restock the item and set as a refund, please note there will be a 15% restock fee for all refunded “non pickup” orders.

 

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect payment at checkout, store your payment method, Once the item becomes available will ship and notify you that it is on its way.

By placing the Pre-ordered Item you are agreeing to receiving your item outside of the normal 1-7 business days. By confirming out check out you understand that this item is set to deliver at a later estimated time.

If an item is out of stock it is immediately refunded. If you receive a partial shipment the item missing in your order is refunded at the time of shipment. An email is sent out when an item is refunded. 

Please allow a standard 3-10 Business Days to see the refund post to your bank account.

 

 

It is the customer's responsibility to arrange collection of their parcel once dispatched. If you are not home to receive your parcel, the item will be held at a local post office for collection, and for applicable duties & taxes to be paid. We cannot guarantee your local courier will leave a calling card, so if your order has not been received within the estimated delivery time frame, please refer to your tracking link, or contact us for further tracking updates.
